- Customer satisfaction (NPS) up to 51.5, showing strong acceptance of the new contactless model
- Damage control efficiency: 100% of all returned vehicles inspected 24/7
- Damage revenue: +202% compared to last year
- Average charge per case: €240.52 vs €67.02 in 2024 (+359%), due to correct and rapid documentation from the scanner system.
These results clearly show the impact of combining Wenn’s automated inspection technology with Hertz’s self-service strategy — delivering higher transparency, efficiency, and measurable financial results.
