Terms and Conditions - CarEye

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of CarEye Fleet (webportal) and CarEye Detect (mobile application) provided by Wenn ASA.
By accessing or using any part of the CarEye platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction
CarEye is a complete vehicle inspection ecosystem comprising:
- CarEye Capture – hardware used to capture vehicle video data.
- CarEye Fleet – the web portal for fleet management and data review.
- CarEye Detect – the mobile application for reviewing inspection results.

The CarEye system is owned and operated by Wenn ASA. For company details, see wenn.no. For support inquiries, contact support@wenn.no.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all users who access the CarEye Fleet web portal or CarEye Detect mobile application.
All commercial terms, including service levels, warranties, and payment conditions, are governed by the applicable Business-to-Business (“B2B”) contract
between Wenn ASA and the customer company. These Terms do not replace or modify the B2B contract.

3. Account Registration and Verification
To use CarEye Detect or CarEye Fleet, you must have a registered user account in the web portal.
During registration, you will be asked to provide your full name, cellphone number (which serves as your username), and password.
By clicking “Create User”, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You will then receive a One-Time Password (OTP) by SMS to verify your account.
By registering, you consent to receiving this verification message as part of the authentication and security process.
Your phone number will be stored as your username and used for account management purposes.

4. Use of the CarEye Services
CarEye is designed to capture, process, and review vehicle inspection data.
You may only use the CarEye platform and its components (Capture, Fleet,Detect) as authorized under your company’s B2B agreement with Wenn ASA.

You must not:
- Access or attempt to access data belonging to another tenant or customer.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any CarEye software or hardware.
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt system security or operation.

5. Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, algorithms, interfaces, documentation, and visual designs within CarEye remain the exclusive property of Wenn ASA.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to any part of the CarEye platform.

6. Liability
Liability, warranties, and service levels are defined in the governing B2B contract between Wenn ASA and the customer organization.
These Terms are intended for end-users and do not create or modify any commercial or legal obligations beyond those stated in the contract.

7. Privacy, Data Protection, and Transparency
Wenn ASA processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and internal policies.

8. Cookies and Session Data
CarEye uses cookies solely for maintaining active user sessions and ensuring secure authentication.
These cookies do not track users or collect behavioral data. Users may disable cookies in their browser or device settings,
but doing so may limit functionality or prevent login to the CarEye services.

9. Changes to These Terms
Wenn ASA may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://www.wenn.no/terms-and-conditions.
Continued use of the CarEye services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).
